Fix her where her father can see it. That should piss him off nicely. To bad you don't use Dark Mana and transformations takes so much time. It could be fun to turn him into a human otherwise. But since you can't lets just leave him. His daugther didn't want us to kill him so he can stay there, for say 48 hours. Make sure the spell that is rooting him holds that long.

By the way Cecil I think there is something you need to bear in mind. You outward gender does not effect your personality and who you are unless you allow it to. The fact that your sexual organs are turning into those of a woman does not change who you are. And you are still a man, still the man who managed to injure Dart. Go to the place further away and then figure out where to go next. Any place you have been to before is a place where they are likely to search. That girls father is bound to be mighty pissed off and very keen on putting you through all sorts of horrible death. As the girl was rather specific in asking us not to kill him we should avoid him to make sure it doesn't come to killing him.

I'm gonna have to back up the further place, and recommend against going to The Land of Very Large Question Marks, at least for now.
The further hide-out isn't too far, and we haven't been there yet so it's not on the list of likely places to search. The Land of the Very Large Question Marks, however, is quite far away, and we'd need to follow the same, very dangerous path that we would to reach the Light Elves. Also, the path goes pretty close to the Light Elves, and we might have a run-in with some border-guard or outriders, who would most likely try to kill us, if they hate humans as much as you say they do.
Our priority right now should be healing the girl, which we can't do while moving.
Recommended course of action, stop by the nearby hideout quickly, just long enough to use a small healing spell on the girl to make sure she stays stable, and to check out of the room. Hurry there, do those things as quickly as possible, bribe the innkeeper to tell anyone who asks after you that you went to the city. From there, hurry to the further hide-out. Use trade roads as much as possible, and travel quickly.

Congrats on making an entire city of enemies.

May as well dedicate The rest of your short life to the greater good. Consider some kind of kamakazi attack on Dart that he won't expect. Not caring if you live or die opens up a whole new avenue of options.
