hmmmm... is he a simp? if so, we are then in a pretty good position to exploit him, kinda like how Cleopatra did with Julius Caesar. B) we should keep a rat-eye on them. While they distract the cat we can maybe set up a trap at the meeting site.

B) Somebody previously suggested sending the Archer to scout the forest near the river. Let's start from there.

2. Extra backup plans for layers of redundancy assure that at least one will get it done. Even if the best plans get you a win even if you lose.

B, definitely, We'll also need a plan B, and maybe a plan C in case a plan fails.

As far as archer goes, I was thinking he would sneak fully attack the cat during the meeting, perhaps during the distraction the performer will cause. But we'll need to know exactly where the meeting is taking place so he can prepare. Does the crow know?

I have one other idea

The cat is afraid of the personification of death

maybe we can use that to manipulate her feelings and fear. We can take the crow hostage with us to the meeting place, and have the performer pretend they want the crow's soul. If the cat is too cowardly to save him, he could at least see that the cat really doesn't care about him. We can also probably pretend we don't see death to make it more dramatic. We'll have to blindfold the crow though so he doesn't see death. Maybe something to cover his ears if we decide to have death talk too?

one scenerio could be we want to trade with the cat our hostage instead of abdle, and if she refuses, we "kill" the crow. we could say something like one cannot escape the fate of death once they have their eyes set on someone. We can knife him (he won't be effected) while at the same time, the performer can do something to make the crow faint. with "death" near us, the cat will be too scared to try any tricks to save the crow.

plan needs refining, we can ponder more about this.

That seems to be Bobbie's usual state. At least, when Abdle's not there. Not many can relate to her situation, and being a ruler is isolating on top of that.

Hey now, she said only a couple questions, that’s one more than a couple. No offense, but that is something we need from people who work with us: honesty. If we are not on the same page with things, it can be detrimental. Not that we don’t want to answer her question, more that we need to to make sure she is true to her word so that in a dire situation, we have trust in each others words
